In 2021, when we celebrated the 70th anniversary and recorded our best results ever, together with our brands – Deca, Portinari, Hydra, Duratex, Ceusa, Durafloor, and Castelatto – we became Dexco, taking an important step in our journey.
The change marked a new growth period for the company. For the following years, we plan to invest approximately R$ 1.8 billion, mainly focused on improving the mix in all Divisions, optimizing assets with high returns and innovation in the sector.
We have several investment projects that are part of a multi-business plan. Constantly seeking to attract new, money-making businesses that resonate with the company’s purpose is one of our main guidelines, with projects that enable major breakthroughs in digitalization and improvements to the consumer journey.
The change allowed us to consolidate our profile as a company focused on end-users and their journey. The new brand’s promise – Live Spaces – materializes our purpose to offer Solutions to Live Better and translates our increased focus on people, combining the reliability of conscious, efficient business management and a keen eye for design to provide top-quality, uniquely styled products. Our brand platform creates spaces that can be lived to the fullest, as by striking a perfect balance between looks and function, Dexco’s solutions can offer wellness, comfort, and thoughtfulness to people’s lives.
Dexco is a more digital, open, dynamic, and integrated company focused on Innovation and ESG. We have always been committed to environmental, social, and corporate governance values, which have been part of our journey all along. However, aware of our need and ability to grow, we redesigned our Sustainability Strategy to better suit today’s global scenario and our company’s purpose: more than products, we want to bring wellness to people.
We look for creative, open-minded people who can work collaboratively, relate to our purpose, and are willing to embark on a cultural evolution and digital fluency journey. That is why we are always seeking new talents who want to take on this challenge with us.Find out about our opportunities
