Dexco is formed by the association between Duratex S.A. (the company’s former name) and Satipel Industrial S.A, an operation ratified in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on August 31, 2009. Control is held by the Itaúsa (Itaúsa –S.A. and members of the Setubal and Villela families) and Seibel (members of the Seibel family) blocks, who own respectively 40% and 20% of the capital stock.
